Heather Harper-Cazayoux has over twelve years of experience in Louisiana media earned placement and press negotiations; development of marketing and press materials; grassroots and event marketing; ad buys, budgeting and placement; copywriting; and large and small event coordination.

Prior to establishing H2 Communications in February 2007, Heather was a senior public relations executive with The Brylski Company, a veteran public relations firm in New Orleans specializing in non-profit and political PR. During her esteemed 10-year career at The Brylski Company, Heather developed, managed, and executed strategic marketing, public relations, grassroots development and advertising campaigns for dozens of clients.

In her last year at Brylski, Ms. Harper became Director of the Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA) of Louisiana, the company's highest profile client, where she implemented and directed the Louisiana program of a national non-profit outreach campaign, successfully establishing nearly 100,000 citizens into the program system within 1½ years. Ms. Harper was recognized by PhRMA and Brylski for her success on several occasions.

A 1993 graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English-Creative Writing, Ms. Harper began her communications career at New Orleans Publishing Group in Metairie, LA, where she worked with several Louisiana publications and began her education in the ins and outs of the local media.

In 1996, Ms. Harper relocated to San Francisco where she worked for a company specializing in exhibit marketing and management at trade shows and conventions in the San Francisco Bay area, contributing to her knowledge of grassroots and event marketing before returning to New Orleans in 1997 to join The Brylski Company.
